Privacy Policy – Mathly

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This policy applies to the Android app Mathly (package name com.mathly.app), a math game for children, published by Suciu Cristian Nicolae PFA (trading as SCN Freelance), Sibiu, Romania ("we", "us"). Contact: suciu.cristian.nicolae@gmail.com.

Summary

Mathly does not collect, transmit, share or sell any personal information. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs and no in-app purchases.

Information we collect

None. We do not ask for or receive names, email addresses, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising IDs or any other personal data. The app does not connect to any server.

Information stored on your device

To remember your progress, the app saves a few settings on the device only: the helper you chose, the language, the difficulty level, the sound setting and your best scores. This information stays on the device, is never sent to us or to anyone else, and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Permissions and internet access

Mathly works fully offline. It does not request any permissions (no camera, microphone, location, storage or contacts).

Children's privacy

Mathly is designed for children. Because we collect no personal information, we do not knowingly collect any from children under 13 (or under the applicable age in your country, for example under 16 in some EU countries). Mathly contains no advertising, no links that lead out of the app and no social or chat features.

Third parties

The app contains no third-party code that collects data. Google Play, through which the app is distributed, may process information about your download and payment under Google's own privacy policy; we do not receive personal data from this.

Your rights

Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the GDPR; you can contact us at the address above with any question, or lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated date.
